What Is Sleep Apnea?
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder classified by repeated, interrupted breathing as one sleeps. This disorder is treatable. Untreated cases of sleep apnea can lead to serious health issues such as heart attack, stroke, asthma, acid reflux, cardiac arrhythmia and chronic fatigue.
